  • Provide support for Applications issues.
  • Perform analysis of tickets assigned to Application Teams. For tickets that require higherlevel support to assign to the Functional/Technical Systems Analyst of the relevant Application Teams for further troubleshooting and resolution
  • Prepare scripts for fulfilment of service request.
  • Perform User Account Management - user id creation, modification, cessation, etc
  • Provide support for off-the shelf software and liaise with users and vendors for new implementation setup and support issues
  • Provide daily alert on outstanding tickets to the various Application Teams
  • Track and Follow-up with Application Team members on Feature/Enhancement Requestand Problem Resolution
  • Compile monthly KPI reporting on Applications Trend Analysis and Call reductions
  • Conduct Bi-annual User Access Review and any other required compliance reviews
  • Work with team members on improvements and call reduction efforts
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support for Applications issues and requests and ensure user get the resolutions/services required.
