Customer Success Associate (Fresher)

The Customer Success Associate is responsible for managing new and existing business accounts, addressing to incoming queries and issues. The Customer Success Associate will build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Opportunity to work in a rapidly growing firm with exposure to numerous learning windows in the enterprise software solutions industry.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Duties include addressing to incoming customer calls and emails.
  • Works to achieve individual and team SLAs while providing support and guidance to key customer accounts.
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for Deskera Customer Success Team.
  • Becomes knowledgeable of company's product details and functionalities and utilizes the knowledge to address to customers’ queries.
  • Follows the practice of documenting customer support cases and interactions.
  • Uses time efficiently in order to meet personal goals and work collaboratively with other members of the team.
  • Ability to work and adapt in a rapidly growing firm with Startup mindset.

LOCATION: Singapore

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including professional telephone demeanour.
  • Competent computer utilization skills including the importance of maintaining accurate information in a database.
  • Able to make good judgments based on evidence and available knowledge.
  • Possesses confidence, professionalism, motivation and eagerness to succeed.
  • Prior internship in technology firms with sales & marketing focus is a strong advantage
