Job Function

The Commis Cook prepares differnt types of pastries daily, catering to various outlets in the hotel.Pastries are followed closely with standard receipes and plate presentations to maintain standard of quality. Assisting the chefs in making requisitons for food items.

Commis Cook needs to ensure that health and safety standards with all food, beverage and equipments are upheld in the kitchen.

Job Requirement

  • Candidates who possess WSQ and/or Diploma in Culinary Skills, Culinary Arts has an added advantage.
  • Food Hygiene certificate
  • Pastry Culinary Graduates are Welcome to apply
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
