You are so important because you are the First Impression of the business to our clients.


Job Purpose:

Managing our front desk on a daily basis and offering administrative supports across the organization.


Job Scope:

1. Work with Operation Team

2. Manage the reception counter

3. Administration support

4. Report to Operation Manager



1. English and Chinese Speaking

2. Ability to answer phone calls

3. Have Initiative

4. Good Time-planner

5. Proficient in Microsoft Software

6. Must be Singaporean or Permanent Resident

7. Ability to work with team and individual.

8. Have positive attitude

9. Decent Looking


Locations: Jurong Branch, Vision Exchange 

Working Hours:

Morning Shift : Monday to Sunday 8.30am to 6pm

Afternoon Shift : Monday to Sunday 12.30pm to 10pm
