Receptionist cum Admin Officer (5 days work/Office hrs/Up to $1,700)

Job Scope:


Reception service

  • Handle general enquiries through phone or walk-ins

  • Attend to visitors and liaise with internal staff to inform of arrivals

Admin Duties

  • Ensure proper usage and tidiness of meeting rooms

  • Handle booking of meeting rooms and transportation requests

  • Updating the staff directory for intranet

  • Process name card request forms for new and existing staff

  • Liaise with telco companies with regards to application of new lines, relocation of lines etc

  • Assisting in procurement of office stationaries and pantry supplies as and when required

  • Administer paper work as and when assigned



  1. Minimum ‘O’ levels or its equivalent  

  2. At least 1 year of reception experience

  3. Have a pleasant disposition with a positive attitude
