Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the HOD in preparing tender submission
  • Review, draft and negotiate the terms of contractual agreements to ensure that company interests are protected commercially and contractually
  • Review proposal specifications and drawings
  • Attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimates
  • Perform accurate quantity taking off and prepare Bills of Quantities
  • Responsible for claims, variation orders, cost control, settlement of final account and oversee all dispute resolutions
  • Participate in tender review and presentation meetings
  • Provide on-site support to the HOD and Site Manager

Prerequisites:

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Project & Facilities Management
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in cost control & contract administration for engineering projects
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to work at overseas project sites
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
