**Entry Level position

Main Responsibilities:
  • Timely process customer orders and reports.
  • Liaise closely with customers and departments to resolve issues.
  • Inventory Management for Customer’s WMS system.
  • Adhere to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Achieve & maintain consistent KPI.
Requirements:
  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, NITEC holders with 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Diploma / Degree holders with No Working Experience are also welcomed.
  • Training will be provided for those without experience
  • Possess good customer service attitude and skills
  • PC literate/ IT Savvy
  • Singaporean Only
