2,000 SGD - 2,200 SGD/Month

                      Maintain physical and electronic personnel records like employee’s employment documentation. Update the HRIS system (SAP successfactors) on the documents & data entry.

                      Upload documents to the HRIS system

                      Check and conduct background checks for all staff

                      Assist in Covid 19 administration duties

                      Support the P&C Executives on the daily operational activities

                      Documentation and filing

                      Involvement in whole school events and activities as required.

                      To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and reporting manager/link
