Job Description

Our dynamic, diverse culture celebrates our passion, commitment and integrity. We are now looking for the right candidate for the position of Management Associate (Kitchen) to grow with us.

 

Starting as a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for the following portfolio:

  • Selection of vegetables
  • Simple cutting of selected ingredients
  • Preparation of ingredients
  • Washing, storing of ingredients
  • Ensure Workplace cleanliness
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

You will be moved into a Junior Chef Role & Chef Role with the following portfolio:

  • Master fried food and control of fire for noodle and adhere to JUMBO SOPs on the product quality
  • Prepare all specified ingredients and sauces before the start of operation
  • Label names and dates before food is stored
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the department and tools
  • Ensure all 5S and HACCP requirements are adhere to
  • To perform any other duties / tasks assigned by superior

 

After Junior Chef & Chef Role, you will be put into Senior Chef and finally Chief Chef position.


Job Requirements

  • Working experience in F&B industry will be preferred
  • Have a Positive attitude
  • Have a passion in customer service
  • Training will be provided
  • Applicants with no experience are welcome
