Manager / Senior Manager, Service Capability Building (Customer Responsiveness Department) – 1 Year Contract

Responsibilities 

  • Review and implement MOM Rewards and Recognition framework and initiatives for service excellence
  • Administer MOM’s internal awards which includes coordinating nominations from departments, MOM Contact Centre and the services centres, communicating outcomes to winners and organise award ceremony at ministry platforms
  • Publish regular online communications to inform and educate MOMers on what is Excellence in Service (ExiS) and how to achieve it
  • Leverage on various platforms to highlight the significance of ExiS
  • Create promotional collaterals to increase MOMers awareness of ExiS and HEART principles
  • Use of tools to measure and assess the effectiveness of communication plans and behavioural shift of ExiS and HEART principles before and after the launch of initiatives/programmes
  • Develop and maintain MOM’s new Service Competency framework and Training roadmaps
  • Conduct briefings/workshops to the communicate the new service competency framework to officers


 

Requirements

  • Possess a tertiary qualification
  • Prior experience in communications/marketing will be an added advantage
  • People orientated with strong communication skills
